Agenda:

Begin with introductions and some ice breaker questions.

Begin our masterminding session. Each attendee will answer the following in less than 5 minutes:

1. What is your name, title, company (industry), and location?
2. What is one strategy that you have used to improve an area of your business. Be specific and offer concrete advice?
3. What is one challenge that you are facing in your business that you would love some ideas, advice, or a solution to?

Next, the rest of the mastermind group members will offer some advice, ideas to overcome the challenge or an offer to provide a solution to the problem (5 minutes max).

Each attendee will have a chance to present and receive feedback. We need to be respectful of the amount of time based upon number of attendees so a Timekeeper will be assigned signal when 5 minutes is up.
