Leadership (Front Line Leaders) Training & Development Course: 1. Tools, traits, and interpersonal skills of successful leaders 2. Selecting, building, leading, and empowering teams 3. How to drive real, sustainable change in a chaotic environment 4. Conflict management and Time management 5. Personality profiles, leadership styles and much more. 6. How to transform our weaknesses into strengths – communication & accountability! 7. Application / Implementation (8 hours with team report out at the end) This could be focused on employee interactions (daily huddles, goal setting, communication, etc) or lines of communication within actual company scenarios. First, we have FUN! It's all about building a great culture! Then we take what we learned and apply it to the actual process.
